闻到某个香味的话,就连遥远的记忆和当时感受到的幸福感等都会被唤醒,被称为“普鲁斯特效应”的现象。据说这是一种将嗅觉传达给大脑的机制。
引用其效果,制作了一个从与食材解说等完全不同的视点产生,享受“让人联想到香味的语言”的诗意魅力的窗口。
除了酒和芝士以外,巧克力、咖啡、红茶等享受味道不同的食物相比,还有选择的乐趣。
据说香味有助于转换心情的效果。
我想用绝妙的语言表现每天喜欢的味道,用积极的刺激来填饱肚子。

There’s a phenomenon called the Proust effect, which is when a specific aroma suddenly triggers a distant memory and even the emotions connected with it, such as joy. This is due to the olfactory systems that transmit the sense of smell to the brain.
Alluding to this effect, we created a pair of window displays for you to enjoy the poetic charm of words that invoke aromas, based on an entirely different perspective from that of a simple description of food ingredients.
After all, choosing foods and drinks that allow us to savor differences in their flavors, such as of alcoholic beverages and cheese, as well as chocolate, coffee, tea, and more, is something we all enjoy.
t is said that different aromas, smells and fragrances have the power to change our mood from time to time.
Our intention here is to express the everyday flavors we love using exquisite language, and to flood the brain with positive stimuli.
