THE FINEST INGREDIENTS…We use chunks (not chips) of delicious Belgian chocolate, unsalted butter, wheat flour, cane sugar and fresh eggs from chickens who are treated well.

BAKED ON THE DAY…We make the cookie dough in our kitchen just outside Oxford. Then each store bakes it into satisfyingly chunky cookies all through the day.
